Summary

The role of Technical Lead is critical for overseeing development and providing technical guidance within a project team. The primary objective is to ensure the successful execution of projects through effective technical leadership and hands-on involvement with coding to maintain system integrity.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for directing and guiding a team of developers to achieve project goals.

Oversee development activities and provide technical direction to the team.
Engage hands-on with coding to ensure a strong understanding of system integrity.
Lead projects and mentor junior developers in best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address technical challenges effectively.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience with .NET.
Proficiency in React.
Experience with Optimizely (EpiServer) is preferred.
Demonstrated technical leadership experience in previous projects.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
