Unfolding Your Next Role

Currently, we are looking for a Technical Lead (Fullstack: .NET + React) to join our team and support the development of a modern application for our international client in the FinTech industry, delivering solutions for banks and financial institutions. We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader who feels confident in both backend development with .NET and frontend development using React and TypeScript, and who can guide a cross-functional team toward technical excellence.

Your Daily Missions

  • Ensuring that deliverables produced by the Scrum team are well designed, well implemented, and thoroughly tested, following best practices in coding standards, automation, integration, testing, and security.

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting engineers while fostering a fully agile, high-quality, and collaborative team culture.

  • Helping teammates solve technical challenges through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

  • Translating project requirements into achievable Sprint commitments with your full-stack cross-functional team.

  • Supporting the creation of client-facing delivery plans and taking ownership of their technical execution.

  • Contributing to architectural discussions and ensuring alignment with clean code, domain-driven, and scalable engineering principles.

The Essentials We're Seeking

  • 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET, C#, React, and TypeScript (stronger backend experience is acceptable).

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a technical lead/lead developer.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and backend design patterns (dependency injection, repository, mediator, factory, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with CQRS and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), including aggregates, entities, value objects, and bounded contexts.

  • Understanding of Event Sourcing – event stores, event replay, and modeling immutable domain events.

  • Solid knowledge of clean architecture and separation of concerns.

  • Exposure to cloud environments, ideally Azure, and understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Practical experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework (or equivalent).

  • Exposure to CosmosDB or other NoSQL/document databases.

  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Familiarity with Docker for development and deployment workflows.

  • Fluency in English and Polish (B2+).

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.

  • Exposure to message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

  • Experience contributing to SDLC processes within agile or iterative teams.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with modern testing frameworks and automation strategies.
