Lead Fullstack Developer (.Net+React)

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering stream delivering large-scale application components

• Set technical direction for architecture, integration patterns, and engineering quality

• Leverage AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor or similar) to improve speed and quality of delivery

• Oversee code reviews, development standards, and workflow optimization

• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and guide team execution

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams

• Identify and resolve technical risks while ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines

• Act as the escalation point for complex engineering challenges

• Mentor developers and provide hands-on technical guidance

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of commercial experience with proven leadership responsibilities

• Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET 6–8

• Solid experience building complex front ends with React and TypeScript

• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools in daily development

• Ability to design clean, scalable backend and frontend architectures

• Strong experience in API design and system integrations

• Good SQL understanding, including performance optimization

• Ability to manage technical scope, refine backlog items, and drive delivery

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ownership mindset and ability to lead distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure architectures

• Background in microservices

• Experience with automated testing

• Previous lead experience in consulting or enterprise-scale projects
