Are you ready to join a modern engineering environment where AI-assisted development is part of the daily workflow? We are looking for several Full Stack Developers (.NET + React) to support large-scale digital initiatives for a global consulting industry leader.

You will work on modern applications, platform integrations, and cloud-first solutions built with the latest .NET and React stacks.

Key responsibilities

Build scalable and production-ready UI components using React + TypeScript
Develop backend services and enterprise features in .NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 7 / .NET 8
Actively use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, TabNine or similar) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Design and maintain REST APIs, integrations, and shared libraries
Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
Follow established architectural standards and participate in code reviews
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Design teams in an Agile setup
Write robust unit tests and ensure stable, reliable functionality

What we are looking for

3–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack or backend-oriented developer
Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 7 / .NET 8
Solid hands-on experience with React, React Hooks, component patterns, and TypeScript
Mandatory: proven use of AI coding tools in daily work or consistent private projects
Strong understanding of REST services, relational databases, and SQL optimisation
Good practices around clean code, architecture, and performance
Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows
English enabling daily communication with international teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with Azure (Functions, App Services, Storage)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Docker and containerised deployments
- Experience with automated testing
