Our Client is an innovative company in the Mobility sector, developing scalable solutions for users around the world.
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead who will lead a team of engineers, make key architectural decisions, and support team growth through mentoring and technical best practices.
📍 WORK MODE Warsaw – hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office)
🧑💻 RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading product development from concept to production — translating user needs into working features
Managing the team in an Agile environment — collaborating with Product Managers on priorities, overseeing sprints, tracking outcomes, and mentoring engineers
Ensuring platform reliability and scalability — resolving issues, reducing technical debt, and maintaining system performance and security
Driving technical excellence — designing architecture, preparing technical documentation, and implementing testing practices
Delivering and scaling solutions — overseeing releases, optimizing infrastructure, and planning for future scalability
Developing team talent — building a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
🔍 REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role or system design
Experience in Mobility projects (car, rail, air)
Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, Entity Framework, SQL, and Angular
Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, Redis, and CI/CD
Solid understanding of software architecture, testing practices, and security principles
English proficiency at B2 level
