At KUBO, we’re looking for experienced Fullstack Developers to support one of our clients in the financial sector. You'll join a long-term architectural transformation, working with both backend and frontend technologies in a complex, high-performance environment.

As a consultant, you’ll be part of an international Agile team, working fully remote from Poland. The team is responsible for critical platform components with high visibility across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Refactor and modernize parts of the existing platform, gradually migrating functionality from monolithic systems to scalable services
Implement secure and well-structured APIs and frontend components
Collaborate with backend and frontend specialists to ensure end-to-end quality and performance
Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices within the team

Ideal candidate profile

Several years of experience in software development, with strong backend and frontend skills
Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
Comfortable working with Node.js on the backend when needed
Solid understanding of fullstack development workflows and patterns
Familiar with SSO concepts and authentication flows (nice to have)
Experience working in distributed, Agile teams and modern DevOps environments
Strong communication skills in Polish and English

Salary: 140-210 PLN/h; Negotiable, depending on experience
