Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our focused development team working on core technology for Cross-Product Global Office applications.

You will engage in hands-on development, including coding, design, and support, within a high-energy front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a Scrum team to deliver business value through software solutions

• Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions

• Implement system changes following good programming principles

• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure integration and alignment

• Assist production operations team with rollout and support-related tasks

• Maintain high code quality and perform code reviews

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices

• Document solutions and participate in knowledge sharing

• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards

• Support deployment activities and configuration management

• Engage in testing and validation of new features

  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in modern Java (version 17 or higher) with 3+ years experience

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework

• Experience with messaging-based systems

• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management

• Ability to analyze and design software solutions

• Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

• Experience with RabbitMQ messaging system

• Proficiency in Apache Ignite in-memory data platform
