As a Senior Java Developer, you will join an international team, taking responsibility for backend development, providing technical support to the team, and co-creating the system architecture and strategy within the corporate finance domain.
Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining backend microservices in Java
Participating in integrations between operational systems and the General Ledger
Collaborating with teams based in Poland and across Europe in an international environment
Mentoring and providing technical support to less experienced team members
Implementing and enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD
Working closely with technical leaders to define the solution architecture
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development (Spring / Spring Boot, microservices)
Experience working with MongoDB and backend system integrations
Solid understanding of cloud architecture (private or hybrid cloud)
Ability to work in Agile/DevOps methodologies
Very good command of English (C1/C2)
Knowledge of investment banking products or accounting systems is a plus
