Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Warsaw 3 days per week from the office

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions for global securities settlement.
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions for complex problems.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Technical Skills & Experience

Expertise in Java (3 years+), Spring Boot for backend development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab CI/CD.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Knowledge of securities settlements and post-trade processing is a plus.
