Role Title: Software Engineer - Java

Location: Warsaw, hybrid

Contract Type: B2B, 12 months inital contract

Salary: 1200zl-1400zl/day

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable trade booking and control platforms.
Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective software solutions.

Technical Skillset

Core Languages: Java (required), with additional experience in Python or C++ preferred
Databases: Hazelcast, MongoDB, SingleStore, Google Spanner
Build & CI/CD: GitLab
Monitoring & Reliability: Prometheus, and familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices
Frameworks: Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring
Development Practices: TDD, CI/CD, performance tuning, distributed systems
