For one of our top clients, we are currently looking for a Regular/Senior Java Developer

This position is hybrid, with an office located in Warsaw.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated to join our Securities Settlements Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions that support the efficient settlement of global securities transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions for the settlement of global securities transactions.
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to complex business problems.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance automation and efficiency.
Support ongoing improvements to architecture, scalability, and system resilience.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java and familiarity with the Spring Boot framework.
Experience with GitLab or similar SDLC and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of securities settlements or post-trade processing is a strong plus.
