We are a modern company developing advanced technological solutions to support data analysis. Our mission is to help our clients reduce risk in their businesses by providing them with a tool that integrates and analyses data from multiple sources in real time. We are currently looking for a Mid/Senior Python Backend Developer to help us develop our flagship product.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and improving backend solutions in Python.
Designing and implementing advanced data processing and analysis systems.
Collaborating with the team to create scalable and efficient solutions.
Participating in architectural decisions regarding system development.
Taking care of the quality of the outcomes of your work.

What We Expect:

At least 5 years (senior) or 3 years (mid) of experience in Python programming.
Proficiency in Django framework.
Experience working with SQL databases.
Ability to design and implement scalable backend solutions.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Good command of English and Polish.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Independence, strong communication skills, and initiative.
Client-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

Experience in handling large datasets.
Familiarity with cloud technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in using LLMs.
