Summary:

The Python Tech Lead plays a crucial role in the Digital & Application Development team, primarily focusing on designing and implementing high-performance solutions to meet client needs in dynamic IT environments. The role requires considerable expertise in Python programming and a strong understanding of software architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and implement modern solutions and processes.
Actively participate in creating high-performance solution architectures.
Develop project documentation.
Participate in software developments and collaborate with users to resolve ongoing issues.
Present solutions and their implementations to clients.
Approach solution creation creatively within the project cycle.
Support junior developers in the team.

Key Requirements:

Higher education degree in computer science or related fields.
Approximately 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Programming skills in Python and popular frameworks (Django, Flask) with at least 6 years of experience.
Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL).
Demonstrated analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to solve technical problems, understand performance issues, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading programming concepts.
Broad range of technical knowledge.
Proficiency in English to use technical documentation and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with design patterns and their practical application.

Nice to Have:

Experience in developing web applications and systems processing large data sets.
Practical knowledge of frontend technologies.
Ability to apply various software testing techniques.
Exposure to Generative AI technologies (e.g., Chatbots, intelligent agents, LLMs, RAG).
