Senior Software Developer (Python & AWS)

Summary: This position aims to deliver advanced digital products and solutions through agile development and effective collaboration within the organization, contributing to both user satisfaction and business success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and maintain digital products with a focus on continuous delivery and next-generation digital architecture.

• Utilize agile engineering practices and software development tools to create efficient solutions that provide value.

• Engage with teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Shape technology and business solutions to deliver value to customers.

• Develop innovative digital products that address business challenges.

• Explore and incorporate new technologies into the current tech stack as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to implement user stories and improve product functionalities.

• Work with stakeholders to understand user needs for tailored digital products.

• Drive operations research improvements for the product.

Key Requirements:

• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Python and AWS.

• Proficient in architectural design, AWS infrastructure, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Docker).

• Strong experience in creating RESTful APIs with Flask.

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, TDD, and DDD methodologies.

• Ability to solve complex optimization problems.

• Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Effective communication skills for conveying technical insights to various stakeholders.
