About the Role

As a Ruby Developer, you’ll join a skilled engineering team solving challenges in scale, architecture, and interaction design. This role suits developers who care about product quality and love building things they are proud to share.

You will:

  • Develop and enhance features using Ruby on Rails.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and API design.

  • Ensure high code quality and strong automated test coverage.

  • Work within a DevOps environment using CI/CD pipelines.

  • Tackle scaling, performance, and usability challenges.


Technical Requirements

  • Solid experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (2+ years, preferably more).

  • Knowledge of backend tools and frameworks: Grape, RSpec, Docker, MySQL, AWS, CI/CD.

  • Experience working with containers and virtualized environments.

  • Strong understanding of software craftsmanship and testing practices.

  • English level: B2 or higher.


Nice to Have

  • Background in Java, C#, C++, or Python.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and startup dynamics.

  • Ability to balance fast delivery with long-term maintainability.
