Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join a strategic EdTech transformation project. The role focuses on building a multi-sided education platform (self-service, automation, AI-ready) for a European leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team in a software development project

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React

• Implement cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Apply modern SDLC practices and rapid prototyping

• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development

• 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React

• Experience with GCP services (e.g. Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Firestore)

• Familiarity with CI/CD, microservices, and API-first design

• Experience with AI development tools and rapid prototyping

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
