Tech Lead

Position: Tech Lead (Javascript)

Pay rate: 120 - 200 zł/h

Type of agreement: B2B contract 

Type of work: 100% remote 

Start date: November

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Engineering Team, take the helm of the project, and communicate with the Client, while also contributing hands-on to the codebase.

Our collaboration begins with an exciting custom ecommerce project for a German company. Yet, we are seeking individuals who are keen on joining us for the long term, rather than just a single project.

Our core tech stack:

• TypeScript,

• Next.js,

• React,

• Node.js,

• PostgreSQL.

What do we expect from you?

• min. 8 years of commercial experience in software development

• at least 2 years’ experience in leading development teams or projects

• must have commercial experience working in Next.js

• must have a good knowledge of Typescript, React, and Node.js

• English at min. B2+ level

• fluent knowledge of Polish (C1 or native)

• technical university degree (IT)

• good communication skills is a must 

• experience in React Native and Supabase is a plus

• self motivation, willingness to learn new things and positive attitude to change

• teamwork!
