Please note, hybrid work 3 days from the Client office in Krakow or Wroclaw is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with a dynamic team to design, develop, and enhance digital banking products that set industry benchmarks

• Employ a wide range of software engineering practices to analyze user needs, develop cutting-edge features, and streamline processes like automated testing and deployment

• Champion the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of the solutions by applying our digital principles and meeting both functional and non-functional requirements

• Develop high-performance, scalable software leveraging a variety of frontend frameworks, with a laser focus on design excellence, maintainability, and operational stability

• Share your expertise, inspire your colleagues, and contribute to a thriving engineering culture and internal knowledge communities

• Collaborate effectively in an Agile environment, embracing modern methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to drive innovative solutions forward

REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth knowledge of React, React Router, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, as well as a solid understanding of front-end development best practices

• Experience with testing frameworks like React Testing Library, ensuring applications meet the highest quality standards

• Exceptional analytical skills and thrive on tackling challenges with innovative solutions

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools like JIRA and GitLab boards
