The Role

You'll be a founding frontend and integrations engineer responsible for building the user experience and connecting the platform to enterprise systems IT teams already use. You'll work directly with leadership and shape how users interact with predictive intelligence.

What You'll Own:

Frontend Application: React/Next.js web app with upload flows, RCA results display, quota management, and responsive design
Multi-System Integrations: OAuth connectors for Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, GitHub; API key integration for PagerDuty; integration health checks
Deployment Correlation: Visualizations linking incidents to deployment events with change velocity analysis
Exports & Collaboration: PDF/DOCX/Markdown generation, Slack/Teams integration, shareable RCA links

You Should Have:

Required:

- 4+ years frontend engineering experience (React required, Next.js preferred)

- RESTful API experience

- OAuth 2.0 implementation experience

- Strong CSS/styling skills (Tailwind preferred)

- Experience integrating third-party APIs (Jira, Salesforce, Slack, or similar)

- End-to-end feature ownership in fast-moving teams

- Eye for UX details

Nice to Have:

- Atlassian APIs (Jira, Confluence)

- Salesforce or ServiceNow API experience

- Export/document generation features

- Dark mode / design system implementation

- B2B SaaS or developer tools experience

- Startup experience
