We are seeking a Technical Manager (Full-stack JavaScript) to join our client, an innovative technology company that develops AI-powered platforms and consulting solutions to optimize enterprise operations, accelerate digital transformation, and support high-growth industries, including private capital markets. Lead high-performing teams and shape the architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies like React, Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, and GraphQL.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with significant focus on full-stack JavaScript

• 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role

• Proven experience leading agile software teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments

• Deep expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API), Node.js, NestJS, and Express

• Strong experience with Next.js for SSR and dynamic routing

• Expertise designing and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs using tools like Apollo Server/Client

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Experience with asynchronous design patterns, optimization, and scalable web applications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and DevOps practices

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications using React (frontend), Node.js/NestJS (backend), and GraphQL/REST APIs

• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, establishing best practices in development and collaboration

• Own delivery of complex features, ensuring quality, security, and performance under tight deadlines

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery plans

• Conduct code and architecture reviews to maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions

• Design applications for scalability and optimize for high performance and user experience

• Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality

• Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
