Must-haves

  • Node.js

  • PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM

  • Kubernetes

  • Playwright (E2E testing)

  • AWS (core services, deployment, infra basics)

  • React

  • TailwindCSS / shadcn/ui

  • Jest (unit/integration testing)

  • AI tooling & copilot usage


Nice-to-haves

  • Temporal (workflow orchestration)

  • Crypto or payments industry experience

  • Security knowledge (app security, best practices)

  • DevOps experience (CI/CD, infra pipelines, IaC, monitoring)

Recruitment process

Step 0: Application via our recruitment system

Step 1: Please expect a really short screening call from us after you apply with above details on which we would like to agree on the proper call if everything is alright. 

Step 2: Main 45-60 mins tech/product session where we would like to deep deeper into what we are building and assess whether our expectations and your experience & future goals are creating a good match.

Step 3: 20-30 mins call with a few members of our company from different departments, just to get to know you better and check if there is a cultural fit.
