Full-Stack Web Developer (Next.js & Sanity CMS)

Location: Remote (EU preferred)Company: Pay.com

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer with proven experience in Next.js and Sanity CMS to lead the redevelopment of Pay.com’s main website. You’ll take full ownership of migrating our existing Webflow site to a modern, high-performance stack — building a scalable and flexible content system that supports global marketing growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the migration of our existing website (+500 pages) from Webflow to a fully custom solution in Next.js and Sanity CMS
Design and implement a robust content architecture within Sanity, ensuring seamless workflows for non-technical users
Set up and maintain infrastructure and hosting (Vercel or equivalent) for optimal performance and reliability
Implement 301 redirects and follow SEO best practices to maintain and improve organic visibility
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to roll out new features and enhance UX/UI
Monitor performance and ensure top Lighthouse scores across accessibility, SEO, and load time
Integrate key tools and APIs — including HubSpot, BambooHR, analytics platforms, and other third-party services
Document and support internal teams in managing and updating content after the handover

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building and deploying Next.js and Sanity CMS web applications
Strong skills in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
Solid understanding of server-side rendering, API integrations, and modern frontend architecture
Experience deploying applications on Vercel (or similar hosting platforms)
Knowledge of frontend styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, etc.)
Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

Experience migrating large-scale websites (100+ pages)
Understanding of marketing automation tools and tracking setups
Background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or e-commerce platforms
