Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (preferably with Node.js)

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript

• Proven experience designing and building REST APIs

• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

• Hands-on experience with scalable, high-performance backend architecture

• Experience working in a product-driven, agile environment

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS framework

• Familiarity with React or frontend collaboration

• Understanding of blockchain concepts and data models

• Experience working with data analytics or AI-driven systems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs for large-scale data processing

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

• Participate in the full development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment

• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams

• Improve existing data processing pipelines to enhance speed and efficiency

• Research and integrate AI tools to automate and improve client workflows

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and best engineering practices

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements proactively
