As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading technology partner dedicated to creating value-driven digital solutions for businesses and public institutions worldwide. You will join a highly skilled team focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications that influence daily life — from products used by millions to systems supporting global organizations. Your expertise will drive innovative, seamless user experiences through cutting-edge front-end development and collaborative problem-solving. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript

• Implement responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet complex business needs

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues efficiently

• Integrate APIs and optionally GraphQL for effective data handling

• Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing

• Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and best practices

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in React.js and front-end development

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript

• Expertise in building responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS

• Solid understanding of Redux for state management

• Experience with RESTful APIs and optionally GraphQL

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications

• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including CI/CD

• Ability to write high-quality unit and integration tests

• Strong understanding of Git and version control practices

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in React or front-end frameworks

• Experience with other front-end frameworks or tools

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent Polish

• Fluent English
