Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with the PC industry, Operating Systems, GTM strategy, Business modeling and Product strategy.
  • Ability to work in a global matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate the annual planning cycle, including goal setting, resource allocation, and budget alignment across teams.
  • Drive and oversee critical cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and successful execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, engaged landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to Long-Term Evolution (LTE) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external audiences. Act as a point of contact and liaison for key stakeholders across the product area, facilitating effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Partner with HR and product leadership on talent initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and development. Design and facilitate productive meetings, offsites, and workshops for the leadership team.
