We are looking for an expert Technical Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology Group (ATG). ATG is an organization of process, design, and packaging engineers that work closely with foundry partners and internal groups to verify, test and qualify Nvidia test chips and Nvidia products through early phase of bring up.
 

What you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to managing timeline, material inventory and progress of technology test vehicles as well as production early-phases and bring-ups.

  • Responsible for Manufacturing Data collection, Data verification and Data Analysis.

  • Work closely with offshore fabs, assembly houses and substrate partners.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams with in Nvidia for successful qualification and production ramp of new products.


What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Data Analytics or related fields or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, NPI, Inventory Management, Silicon Packaging or Electronic Systems.

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.

  • Forward-thinking, Hard-working, Dedicated, Creative and problem solving

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3, and 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
