Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
5 years of experience in people management.
Experience with testing and Continuous Integration(CI)/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) principles.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C++, Java).
5 years of experience with distributed systems.
Experience with compute technologies.
Knowledge of Kubernetes platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Develop, execute comprehensive system test strategies that validate full functionality of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) airgap system.
Plan OKRs, align them with the organizational strategy.
Take responsibility in team execution, drive validation, automation efforts.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
Maintain a healthy team culture that fosters growth and learning.
