  • Experience with launching datacenter products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage Hardware/Software programs that are dependent on broad cross-functional stakeholders, with a high degree of separation.
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects/programs predictably and ensure they provide value to partner teams as promised.
  • Define project/program success criteria, create measurable milestones, track deliverables, and deliver customer value incrementally. Measure, analyze, and optimize constantly to improve the velocity, quality, and efficiency of projects.
  • Collaborate with core teams to develop and articulate long-term strategy and tactical plans. Develop roadmaps, engage teams and engineers, and set the pace for the development, deployment, and delivery of platforms, tools, configurations, and processes to support all aspects of the Google Production optical network.
  • Communicate widely and transparently. Keep stakeholders appraised of progress through periodic updates and checkpoints, such as engineering reviews.
