Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience on building enterprise web applications.
- 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Enterprise Web Applications or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Experience in integrating CRM’s such as Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding distributed systems, microservices, and system architecture.
- Ability to design scalable and secure solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead responsible for designing solutions, and setting up long-term architectural directions.
- Work with cross organizational teams to navigate through ambiguities and align on the project roadmap.
- Create Enterprise Web Applications to solve and scale core business objectives.
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
