Minimum qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in product management and product design.
  • Experience with SQL, Database, Data Driven Analysis and Reporting.
  • Experience translating and articulating business problems into solutions and functional requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Experience within the domain area of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Experience with extended workforce business processes or vendor management.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

As a Product Lead, you will take on the unique opportunity to own and revolutionize the data quality program for our Global Partnerships team. You will execute an AI-first strategy to fundamentally improve our critical first-party and third-party data assets. You will be a "player-coach," expected to build and implement solutions directly, in addition to leading our dedicated vendor team to scale your efforts. You will focus on our most important datasets, particularly product and event data, to directly empower our leadership with the pristine, trusted information they need for high-stakes partner interactions.

Beyond driving this core program, you will act as our team's AI advocate for data, proactively identifying and implementing new use cases where AI can unlock greater strategic value and accelerate our operational velocity.
The mission of Global Partnership Tools (GPT) is to empower Global Partnerships to enhance the health of our partnership more efficiently. To bring this mission to life, we build and maintain a portfolio of tools that automate pipeline and partner management workflows, and provide various reports. These reports: create a single source of truth for partners and pipeline activity to ensure visibility on state of the business, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to create execution efficiency, and deliver insights on potential business opportunities. GPT is continuing to enhance our existing tools and launching new ones to meet the needs of our partnerships teams with a focus on AI.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a true owner (be a credible voice), understanding the workflows of our users and ensuring we add value by automation, insights and driving success to their OKRs, solving for data quality across all our users.
  • Conduct an audit of existing tools and workflows, work with product lead colleagues, to identify opportunities to leverage AI for data quality and insights as a result
  • Weave in your understanding of AI into solutions, thinking outside the box to improve the experience of all of our users.
  • Identify key areas for process improvements and enhancements by rationalizing requirements across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure our vendor team is performing and the product is running well as a result.
