The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers to design, develop, maintain, and improve Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) compiler, run times, build, and release infrastructure.
Engage in all technical aspects of development from requirements definition and design to implementation and testing often working on complex, large-scale services integral to Google's ecosystem.
Own and drive detailed designs, code implementations, and test plan reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables that advance Protobuf capabilities.
