Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for volume and complexity parts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, optimize and deploy platforms for Google compute server at the global manufacturing partners.
  • Partner with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to define Design for Manufacturing (DFM) requirements and provide input to manufacturing test strategy.
  • Provide caliber manufacturing engineering support for new and existing products.
  • Drive initiatives to improve test process efficiencies, improve test coverage, and reduce cost.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and root cause of manufacturing yield issues and data center field escapes. Drive issues to closure with corrective and preventive measures.
