Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering on platform readiness and support.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing programs involving distributed engineering teams.
  • Experience leading the full lifecycle of technical programs from initiation to launch within an organization.
  • Experience in media, publishing, or content ecosystems.
  • Experience with Google's product ecosystem, including Search, AI/ML products, and Google DeepMind.
  • Knowledge of the evolving landscape of AI, data acquisition, and economic models related to content.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and drive the execution of cross-functional work streams, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones and objectives while continuously implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships leads to define program strategy, scope, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Drive program-level decision-making, unblock technical and operational challenges, and manage risks and dependencies across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Oversee launch readiness, including coordinating user testing, ensuring operational stability, and managing legal/regulatory risk assessments.
  • Support collaborative relationships and drive alignment between stakeholders, including senior leadership, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Partnerships.
