About the job

As the Head of Data Center Business Intelligence (BI), you will be the executive leader responsible for establishing and managing the critical link between the company's global go-to-market (GTM) strategy and the Business Intelligence function that supports our data center (DC) infrastructure capacity and financial planning and decision making. You will lead a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to build a structured data reporting framework that translates geographic, pipeline, and business-play-based business growth forecasts into location-specific, and hardware-level demand signals. You will enable proactive capacity planning, optimize infrastructure investment, and provide the financial context for strategic program investments. You will be the owner of the demand modeling function quantifying projected capacity needs and business generation impact across all data center locations. You will directly influence multi-billion infrastructure decisions by providing the previously missing view connecting business generation projection directly to a data center consumption view. This includes analyzing market dynamics, such as the potential for pipeline to be fulfilled by lower-cost alternative locations, and actively working to shape demand in alignment with capacity strategy. You will have an experience in Data Center reporting, business intelligence, or modelling.
