Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience with networking, network architecture, networking protocols, and software architecture.
  • Experience with network security and web application firewalls.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Understand enterprise customers network security needs both in the cloud and on-premise.
  • Understand broader network security ecosystem, markets, competition and trends.
  • Help generate new ideas on products and services that we can bring to market to help protect Google Cloud customers from network based cyber attacks.
  • Launch AI-driven and/or Agentic AI features that enhance security efficacy or simplify user experience. Drive projects through their entire lifecycle (requirements, design, development, launch, landing).
  • Manage the overall roadmap by effectively prioritizing requests from customers, the sales organization, and engineering teams across GCP. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams to launch new network security products.
