Senior Technical Program Manager, Geo Automotive

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in program management.
  
• 5 years of experience program managing software programs.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in building frameworks, improving execution methodology and a data-driven approach to relentless continuous improvement.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams in different timezones.
• Strong people skills with a precision to communicate effectively and drive critical outcomes with various stakeholders both internal executives and teams, as well as external enterprise customers.

The Geo Auto team delivers mapping products to global automakers. These automakers rely on us for mapping data services, SDKs to power their in-vehicle experiences and autonomous driving systems, and CarPlay/Android Auto projected car experiences.

This position is on Geo Auto team with the focus on AutoSDK product. AutoSDK bring together Navigation and Search API and offer the Automotive developers tools needed to build their own navigation experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, user experience, go-to-market, business development, and other cross-functional teams to build alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver our products and features successfully for Geo Auto Partner programs, through rigorous program management, critical path planning, roadblock removal, dependency and risk mitigation management.
• Lead planning, execution and delivery of key technical integrations for our OEM partners to successfully adopt Google Geo Auto products. Lead the integration guiding our OEM Partners through the strategic and technical aspects of their Google Geo journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-Geo teams to ensure each program has a Plan of Record (POR) created that defines a clear set of requirements to be delivered with milestones within a particular time frame against a clear set of goals.
• Manage changes of scope, resources, timelines, and program deliverables.
