In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
As an Outbound Product Manager, you will play a critical role as the technical/domain expert and shape the direction of the Applied AI Applications product roadmap in customer experience and contact center AI, as well as go-to-market strategy. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, and will provide user and market insights to help product teams make more informed roadmap decisions. You will be responsible for developing differentiated product positioning and messaging, and you will support go-to-market activities that drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
The Cloud Applied AI Applications team synthesizes customer ideas and drives alignment and prioritisation across cross-functional teams to accelerate Cloud Applied AI applications adoption, growth, and cross-product pull-through.
Applied AI builds conversational agents deployed at a large scale that achieve very meaningful results in the real world. Some examples include the customer agent built for large call center environments, to fast food ordering handled by our Food AI agent. The team is transforming how enterprises connect with customers through the power of AI. We also offer unique experiences for team members where you get to work directly with the model builders (Google DeepMind / Vertex), learn and work with brilliant AI leaders, and have access to Global 1000 customers via our existing Google Cloud relationships. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
