  • 8 years of experience with infrastructure planning or deployment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience with networking, network architecture, networking protocols, or software architecture.
  • Experience driving operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements).
  • Excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will serve as the Lead Technical Program Manager for AlphaNet Implementation (ANI) which is a portfolio of projects that span the transformation of Google Global Infrastructure's (GGI) network planning, design, workforce, supply chain, repairs and operations for the new WAN, AlphaNet.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and scheduling for the AlphaNet Implementation (ANI) capability across workstreams, ensuring delivery against TPC-level goals and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate program delivery risks while developing comprehensive roadmaps for the ANI portfolio aligned with Alphanet objectives; overseeing horizontal planning, governance, and reporting.
  • Design and lead the program structure and engagement model for the ANI portfolio across engineering (GGN, NetInfra, CN SRE) and partner teams, driving a platform mindset to accelerate Google's AI and Cloud Expansion.
  • Manage resource planning requests, deliverables, and head count planning for the ANI program, ensuring efficient operation and support to meet OKR deliverables.
  • Measure and report on ANI portfolio performance, including tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery against program milestones.
