Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with Hardware System Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience in the development and manufacturing of hardware devices.
- Experience with software integration with devices.
- Experience with external partner management.
- Experience working across functions such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, PR and UX.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time in order to support sales and marketing events.

As a Product Manager on Google Beam, you will define, build, and deliver device concepts and technology roadmaps. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and landing the first commercial product in the Google Beam portfolio. You will be responsible for exploring, and defining future product concepts and supporting technologies that deliver compelling video calling experiences for businesses and consumers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and concept of Google Beam hardware based on market analysis, and partner and customer feedback.
- Influence a roadmap of new feature requests sourced from cross-functional teams to improve the product's value proposition, ease of deployment and ease of use.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and deconstruct product problems, evaluate solutions against UX, technical and business criteria, and align the team forward.
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution, provide product expertise to inform product marketing and technical training collateral to onboard direct business teams and resellers.
