Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working with the retail industry.
Experience in leadership such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
Knowledge of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
Ability to learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Drive the program management of multi-functional, Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
Influence stakeholders, drive the quality delivered by internal and external partner teams and project resources, and provide program leadership aligned to the program objectives.
Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down projects and processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
