Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  • Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, or extended reality).
  • Experience with user-centered design and in developing software product solutions for unique applications, web, or mobile.
  • Experience creating prototypes and delivering prototypes to inform product development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
  • 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
  • Experience developing AI solutions.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise or system environments (e.g., financial industry, healthcare industry, B2B, etc.).
  • Experience with creating new solutions for a given market.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead AI innovation by prototyping and evaluating dynamic experiences and develop the overall AI strategy across Finance, Marketing, and Legal to influence the product roadmap.
  • Drive a user-centered design approach by partnering with UX Design, Research, Content Strategy, and other horizontals.
  • Support the growth of the UX team by sharing knowledge and coaching on emerging prototyping technologies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver on product ideas.
  • Communicate with audiences through presentations, user flows, wireframes, and other artifacts.
