The Performance and Rewards function is responsible for Global broad based compensation owning massive global compensation budgets, representing a material portion of Google’s annual operating expenses. The function designs and administers engaged and compensation packages, and impactful recognition initiatives across Google’s global footprint.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$256,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
