Manager, Treasury Operations

We are now looking for a Manager – Treasury Operations to join our Finance team. This position will be based in Durham - North Caroline and will work closely in alignment with the headquarters in Santa Clara, CA in order to Global Payment Processing efforts. This position will manage the Global Payment Processing center in North Carolina. This Manager will be responsible to make sure that this team uploads AP and Payroll files to bank portals, as well as support manual wire payments globally. This role will approve all transactions in accordance with treasury’s existing procedures and will handle error resolution, communication with the bank as well as internal partners at NVIDIA including AP and Payroll. The position will be on point to communicate regularly to the Corporate team based in Santa Clara and will provide metrics on a pre-determined basis to show how the team is performing and responding to issues based of SLA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teach and train the team to follow the Standard Operating Procedures

• Approve and Initiate all manual payments and files

• Follow up with banks in case of any errors or failures and communicate immediately to Head Office as well as other impacted teams

• Maintain necessary metrics to show the volumes handled, errors and resolutions.

• Work with HQ and IT team to automate above manual processes and lead the testing process

What we need to see:

• 7+ overall years of experience in treasury operations at a multinational corporation or global bank

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• Background in processing International payments

• Prior experience collaborating with finance functions and bank partners

• Prior experience with Bank files and different forms of payments

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Detail oriented as well as an eye towards automation

• Deadline oriented and ability to improve upon initial SOP and metric scorecard

• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Ability to keep a small team motivated and on track and work independently in a satellite location while maintaining constant touch with HQ.

• Familiarity with Bank Connectivity and Treasury Workstation

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until October 26, 2025.
