The Azure Compute Node Services group is looking for a talented software engineer to help us build reliable and performance critical components that run on every server in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for developing systems focused on Quality and Fundamentals to create highly reliable products that operate on millions of machines. You will collaborate across the organization to meet the continuously evolving customer needs while ensuring that the Microsoft Azure platform is operating with high reliability and availability. You will have opportunities to learn new technologies and the freedom to ideate, create and provide thought leadership in bringing innovation to our products and engineering practices and tremendous opportunities to grow into a senior technical leader in the organization.

Software Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year.
