Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.
  • Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience driving the product outlook, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience with driving growth, designing experiments, and analyzing results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for one or more teams. 
  • Define and prioritize a product roadmap that delivers innovative features, user experiences, and tactics that resonate.
  • Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs, product gaps, and new growth opportunities within this segment.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on features, measure success, and inform future product decisions.
