And we've only just begun to explore what we can achieve when we apply our technology to these fields. We are looking for passionate, creative, and exceptionally experienced individuals to join us in seizing these great opportunities.

Join the NVIDIA production planning team to interact with supply & demand planning teams, contract manufacturing, factory operations, and other supply chain teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead CM production planning across NALA manufacturing partners, bridging factory operations with global supply/ demand planning, logistics, and other functional teams.

  • Support in resolving supply constraints, production delays, or material shortages; collaborate with CM, factory operations, engineering, and others on recovery plans with clear communication.

  • Lead risk assessment reviews to anticipate capacity, material, and quality challenges, aligning with cross-functional teams to evaluate trade-offs and protect critical delivery schedules.

  • Actively collaborate with global peers in APAC, EMEA, and US to align production plans, drive consignment dependencies, and standardize guidelines across manufacturing sites and product lines.

  • Lead and support a team of planners, offering guidance, support, and feedback to enhance technical expertise, business insight, and collaboration across functions.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and problem-solving within the planning team—balancing long-term skill development with day-to-day operational excellence.

  • Take an active role in in-depth planning activities, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach and aiding the team in addressing intricate issues.

  • Drive process and system improvement initiatives, report automation, and analytics enablement to support data-driven decision-making and global scalability.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations to improve planning tools and system workflows (SAP, S4/HANA, Power BI) that streamline CM visibility and decision-making.

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience); MBA preferred.

  • 8+ overall years experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or production planning in contract manufacturing.

  • Overseeing, supervising, or guiding a team of planners or individual contributors for at least 3 years, showcasing a track record of enhancing individual and team skills.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to both strategically manage and implement tasks tactically in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and situational skills; excels navigating and working in ambiguity and driving clarity across global teams.

  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP / APO / S4 HANA) with deep understanding of MRP, inventory management, and capacity/factory scheduling concepts.

  • Track record of owning responsibility for process improvement and inspiring changes across functions to achieve results.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience managing CM operations for complex, system-level manufacturing (e.g., data center, networking, server, or other complex builds).

  • APICS / CPIM certification and application of supply chain planning frameworks in real-world execution.

  • Demonstrated success implementing digital planning tools, analytics dashboards, or automation initiatives.

  • Strong ability to adjust and a proactive approach to tackling intricate planning responsibilities when required.

  • Passion for people development, building strong teams, and encouraging collaboration across diverse time zones and cultures.
