What began over 30 years ago with our work in computer graphics has evolved to address some of the most important technological trends the world has ever seen. From gaming to AI and from self-driving cars to supercomputers, we approach all of our work and exploration with a common philosophy: focus on the hardest problems that only we can solve. We’re enabling the most demanding computer users in the world — scientists, designers, artists, and gamers — to do their life’s work. Our computers let them create and see the future. To them, NVIDIA has built a time machine. At NVIDIA, we work, think and learn as a team. We thrive in an environment that’s like no place you’ve ever worked and we're motivated by a culture that demands innovation and the highest standards. The rewards are sweet, and include collaborating with some of the brightest people in the industry and the opportunity to work on products that are reinventing the way people work and play.
The Creative Resourcing team’s mission is to connect the right talent with the right creative projects—efficiently and effectively—so the business achieves its marketing goals while delivering high-quality work on time. Our approach balances business priorities with supporting creative growth and cultivating an environment where creativity thrives. The Creative Resourcing Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the allocation of creative talent and resources across multiple projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the creative process, and preferably high-level proficiency in Workfront or similar tool.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage daily resourcing decisions, assigning designers, writers, and other creative talent based on skills, availability, and project needs.
Review active and upcoming projects to determine staffing needs. Adjust assignments and schedules as project scopes or team capacity shift.
Facilitate discussions to resolve resource conflicts or competing priorities.
Use Workfront to track resources, generate reports, and streamline processes. Ensure consistent project intake and resourcing practices.
Identify inefficiencies or recurring challenges in workflows and propose solutions.
Align creative capacity with business goals and priorities.
Manage and track budget for Creative, Creative Operations, and Executive Communication teams. Ensure alignment with finance partner and escalate any urgent expenditures.
Organize and manage software licenses across the team in partnership with IT.
What We Need To See:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in resource management, program management, or strategic operations—ideally in creative, marketing, or production environments.
Strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the creative process, and a strong grasp of creative roles and functions.
Familiar with core creative deliverables (e.g., key visuals, email, print, social, video, motion graphics, banners, websites).
Proficient in Workfront or a comparable project management tool (preferred).
Highly collaborative, meticulous about maintaining process, and keeping an eye on the details. Energized with a positive outlook, focusing on possibilities rather than obstacles. Independent problem solver who can thrive with minimal supervision.
Skilled at driving change management and scaling processes.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
Curious and open to experimenting with AI tools to enhance efficiency, uncover insights, and improve decision-making.
