As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

In this role, you will drive strategic security and risk reduction initiatives, including Enterprise Identity Verification and Agentic Identity programs. You will define and own the multi-year strategic goals for the security roadmap, anticipating emerging threats and collaborating with executive leadership on company priorities. You will lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of executive security Technical Program Managers (TPMs), providing mentorship and fostering accountability. You will also serve as the primary security liaison for executive leaders across Engineering and Product, driving consensus for systemic initiatives. You will apply technical judgment to oversee complex risk mitigation, ensuring compliant solution delivery and will manage the full program portfolio lifecycle, establish success metrics, and expertly manage critical escalations.
