Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in program management in sales operations, sales compensation, sales analytics and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in program management in sales operations, sales compensation, sales analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with annual Go-To-Market planning (e.g., quota setting and territory management).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and marketing teams in consumer hardware.
  • Experience with sales incentive program launch and sales incentives planning cycle.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to convey ideas and data conclusions in a simple manner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive informed decision-making for senior management by providing sales incentive quota proposals, essential reporting, and analytical support for multi-source data.
  • Oversee the sales incentive territory mapping process and orchestrate the quota planning cycle and territory alignment processes, ensuring efficient program rollout and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage quarterly quota exception process tracking and deliver reporting to DSBO and Finance leadership.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market Finance and PDCO Sales Operations to translate financial goals into quotas, evaluate guardrails, assign coverage, and offer recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales dashboards, serving as a subject matter expert in data visualization, design, and maintenance. Provide data in a usable, automated format to visualize customer account trends using sales, volume, and cost information, leveraging knowledge in reporting tools (e.g., BI, Tableau).
