We are seeking an experienced Tax Technology Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our global indirect tax technology landscape. This role requires deep expertise in SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Determination & Compliance), and related tax automation tools. The ideal candidate will bridge tax, technology, and finance functions to deliver scalable solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and data accuracy across jurisdictions.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of indirect tax solutions within SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications.
Provide support for Direct/Income Tax group and drive the deliverables.
Manage integration and ongoing support of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Determination, Compliance, and Reporting) with ERP systems and legacy billing systems.
Partner with global tax, finance, and IT teams to design scalable processes for VAT, GST, sales & use tax, and other indirect taxes.
Lead system testing, UAT, and technology adoption to ensure a successful implementation.
Monitor global indirect tax regulatory changes and assess their impact on tax technology solutions.
Drive automation, process improvement, and data quality initiatives using tax technology tools.
Act as a domain expert (SME) for indirect tax technology, providing guidance on system, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage vendor relationships with tax software providers (e.g., Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, SAP) and ensure timely upgrades/patches.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience (Master’s degree or CPA/Chartered Accountant preferred).
8+ years of experience in indirect tax technology, with solid focus on ERP and tax automation systems.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA indirect tax configuration (FI, SD, MM modules).
Proven expertise in ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Determination & Compliance) implementation and support.
Solid understanding of global indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales/use tax,excise).
Experience leading multi-functional projects, including ERP upgrades, migrations, and tax system rollouts.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to translate tax requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Good communication, partner management, and project leadership skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with other tax technology platforms (Alteryx, Power BI, HANA Reporting).
Knowledge of e-invoicing and digital reporting requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with RPA, AI, or advanced analytics for tax process automation.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
